Cut Time selection of items from selected Tracks

This action cuts the area of a time selection from the current track, or multiple tracks. 
You can optionally select multiple tracks, or just one, then make a time selection. 
Then run the action and the area of the time selection will be deleted from the selected tracks. 
This action respects the ripple state.
