This just chains 10 instances of "Track: Nudge track pan left" and "Track: Nudge track pan right".
I've already assigned Alt+Left and Alt+Right respectively so that this is an easy replacement for the standard behaviour of moving in 1% increments, because the chap who requested this one on WhatsApp is still finding his feet with OSARA.
