 i had token some functions from other scripts and i will mention the references.
moreover i had written  genral scripts for jaws and i named its "corona 20" :D if any one has interest to have its.
all of my work is completely free
i make update to my scripts
1 fixed the undo of all of scripts
2 now jaws or nvda say to you information about notes in midi editor
3 you can convert from midi to text braille i named this script "dancing dogs" :D
4 i make 8 golden menus and combine more importants actions in them to use this 8 menus you should firstly copy folder ini in  your user reaper folder and import  these script and make shortcut to this 8 action 
note you can edit the ini file add edit delete  actions as you like. more over you can make other menus  as you like. just make copy the file golden.lua and make file .ini in ini folder and make your menus.
5 in these update you can make notation easiely
6 i added  action to make quarter tone for oriental music such as turkish or arabic music
7 the tempo announcing action now till you the name of your tempo such as sibelius
