Top panel of unit is arranged in groups, describing starting from top left:
Three knobs in a horizontal line, first two are gain knobs for mic/line/inst 1 and 2, rightmost knob is Trim
Two small buttons below leftmost gain knob, left button toggles 48V, right button toggles stereo pan
Source selectors are a horizontal line of three larger buttons starting below right gain knob, Inputs 1/2, 3/4, USB
Below source selectors are two volume knobs for headphone outputs, with small button between them, up is 2 track, down is cue
Bottom left of the panel, input monitoring knob, left is inputs, right is cue
Moving back to the centre of the top panel, find the big knob for volume
Three buttons in a horizontal line below it, Mono, Mute and Dim from left to right
Upper right of the top panel, two Trim knobs for the monitor out pairs
Below those, two monitor selector buttons, A and B
Bottom right, Talkback level knob and Cue button underneath it

Front panel from left to right:
Stereo in 3/4
Headphones out 1
Headphones out 2

Back panel from left to right, looking over the top of the unit:
Input jacks 1L top, 2R bottom
Small latching button for monitor calibration positioned toward top, out is +4dB, in is -10dB
Balanced out jacks, L is top, R is bottom
Unbalanced out jacks, L is top, R is bottom
Another small calibration button for two track level, out is +4dB, in is -10dB
Monitor A jacks, L is top, R is bottom
Monitor B jacks, L is top, R is bottom
Small button near top is record source select, out is 2 track, in is inputs 1/2
Below that, power connector (+18V DC, 1.5A)
USB port is to the right of record source select button
Power switch is rightmost, below USB port and to the right of the power connector
