Front panel described from left to right:
Mic/Inst input 1 (female combi-jack)
Mic/Inst input 2 (female combi-jack)
Moving right, you'll find a group  of 5 knobs arranged two at the top, three at the bottom like this:
Inst/Mic gain 1, Headphones volume
Inst/Mic gain 2, Mixer, Main volume 

Back panel described from left to right, looking over the top of the interface with the front panel toward you:
K-Lock slot with female 1/4 headphone jack underneath
Main Out 1/4 female jacks aligned vertically, Left is top, Right is bottom
MIDI connections aligned horizontally, Out then In
Female USB type A connection

Notes:
Gain range is from -10 to +30dB
Left-most position on Mixer knob is input, right-most position is Playback
Headphones volume goes from 0 to 11 (hahaha)
Main volume goes from -80 to +10
