Native Access is quite usable with JAWS, but the GUI elements have been exposed via an object based model, so you'll need to navigate the software using the touch cursor. Here are a few keystrokes to get you started:
Hit JAWS+Shift+Semicolon to activate touch cursor.
LeftArrow and RightArrow move to previous and next element respectively (think of it like flicking left or flicking right on a touch screen device).
Enter taps the currently selected element.
When you're done, JAWS+Semicolon twice quickly reactivates the PC cursor.
